Even if the bottle is opened and half-used. If a Herby formulation did not work for you, we take it back and refund you in full.
How it works
- Start the return in My orders or with the form below. You have 60 days from delivery.
- We email you a prepaid return label (free within US, EU, UK, Singapore, Australia, Japan).
- Drop at any carrier point. You don't need the original packaging.
- Refund issued within 48 hours of arrival — back to the original payment method.
What you can return
- All skincare, bath & body, hair, fragrance and wellness formulations — opened or not.
- Accessories and gift sets — in resellable condition.
- Sale items (30-day window instead of 60).
What we can't accept
- Items beyond 60 days from delivery (30 days for sale items).
- Products bought from an unauthorized reseller — Herby can only accept returns on orders placed directly with us or through a listed authorized stockist.
